messages. Grapevine privacy principles summarise and clarify that commitment: how Grapevine safeguard
your privacy, how Grapevine treat personal information, and what choices you have. Grapevine
understand that for you to take full advantage of the benefits of this interactive medium, Grapevine must
do what we can to ensure that your privacy is secure and that the privacy of others is respected.

- Your contact information, the contact information for all of the individuals in your address book,
your messages and your documents, is completely private. All of Mcaster member information is completely
confidential and fully protected against unauthorized access. Grapevine do not sell, trade, lease or
loan personal data about our members to any third party ever.
- Grapevine is not a source of nor does it deliver unsolicited email, unsolicited voice mail or
unsolicited faxes. Grapevine will not send any unwanted mail to you or any other Member. Grapevine
is also intolerant of you sending any sort of junk mail to your recipients. Your recipients should be known to
either you or to the organisation to which you belong. Your message must have value to the recipients of that
message.
- Grapevine does not sell information to direct marketers or any other third parties. Grapevine
does not distribute information to any third parties except to those Partners that Grapevine uses to relay
or deliver messages to your intended recipients.
- Grapevine uses the information that you provide and that is collected solely for the purposes of
verifying your account, for corresponding with you, for resolving problems that you encounter, and for improving
the Service.
- Grapevine uses secure technology, privacy protection controls, and restrictions on employee access
in order to safeguard your personal information.
- Grapevine will advise you if we change our policies.
How secure is my information?
Grapevine recognize the importance our members place on security. Grapevine exercise great care to
secure your personal identifiable information, your address book and your messages and documents that you send to
your Mcaster account. Grapevine also want you to understand the depth of the precautions that we take to
ensure your security. These precautions include:
Secure Storage
All of your information is stored on our servers, behind an industry leading firewall. Only you have access to
your documents after becoming authorized. (I.e. upon logging in with the correct user name and password.)
Personnel Security Precautions
Internally, Grapevine restrict access to personally identifiable information to employees who need access
to the information in order to do their jobs. These employees are very limited in number, and are committed to our
privacy and security policies. Grapevine take the extra step of having our employees execute comprehensive
nondisclosure agreements with us, which provides explicit legal confidentiality protections. Any employee who
violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination
and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
